14-Day Authenticity Guarantee

Our promise

Every product we sell is hand-picked in South Korea and imported to Pakistan by our founders personally. We stand behind that with a simple guarantee: if you believe a product you received is not authentic, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

How it works

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order — the fastest way is our WhatsApp chat.
2. Share your proof. Tell us why you believe the product is not genuine — for example photos of the item, batch code, packaging or texture comparisons, or a verification-app result.
3. We review and respond within 48 hours. If the concern checks out, we'll arrange the return.
4. Refund or replacement is issued once we receive the item back.

Return conditions

• The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
• Reasonable proof supporting the authenticity concern is provided.
• The product itself is undamaged and not used beyond what was needed to identify the concern.
• The original packaging is intact — box, seals and inserts included.

Items that are damaged, heavily used, or returned without their original packaging cannot be accepted. Change-of-mind returns are not covered by this policy.
